Dentech Whitening (Scam) Reviews
Anonymous, UKNov 11 ’09
I’ve been scammed too, & noticed that Dentech, Dazzlewhite & the Health/slimming thing are all part of the same parent company as the retailer code showing on my credit card statement is the same for all 2524635. I ordered ‘trial’ then rang and canceled Dazzlewhite & told to return product to get a refund of 1st monthly payment which was collected despite cancellation – I didn’t know about the other ‘add ons’ so have been charged $24.82 which they will not refund even though I’ve not even had an email to gain access to the info (not that I wanted it anyway). As for Dentech, they are the worst of the lot, I emailed the given address & received the auto answer, the first time I did get a reply but only to say they could not identify me from the details given so I got back to them saying the details were correct & the same as on the invoice but have only had the auto replies since then & 3 charges to credit card. Has anyone got a phone number for them? I have contacted my card company & they are issuing a new card, having cancelled the one that was charged. The other annoying thing is, on my statements all the transactions have different names making it difficult to know who is taking what!!!! I have transactions going to; Beutyclub…Purely White….Teethwhite & Healthsmile NO MENTION AT ALL OF Dazzlewhite or Dentech. One last thing, despite all the charges I’ve not received any products! Their adverts should be banned from the web. Please be warned & steer clear
