“So are you interested in knowing how you can get your teeth whiter at home? Well my name is Michelle. I’m a dental assistant with Solutionz and I am here to explain to you on a couple of different options that you have to bleach your teeth at home. Basically one of the first options is you can actually purchase Hydrogen Peroxide, you would want to dip your toothbrush in the Hydrogen Peroxide and kind of let it sit in there for a while and then take it out and brush your teeth with it for about one to two minutes, kind of let it sit on your teeth too as you are brushing your teeth, really focusing on getting it between your teeth and around the crevices and then remove the toothbrush, rinse your mouth out with some warm salt water rinse or just to get the nasty taste out or a lot of cold water. Another option is you can actually get the baking soda, place water in it, kind of make it like a paste consistency and then dip your toothbrush in it and it is going to be almost like a toothpaste. You brush your teeth with it for about a good one to two minutes or a little bit longer if you feel the need to depending on how severe the staining is on your teeth and then rinse your mouth out with warm water and then basically you would want to do this periodically for say one to two times per week or once a week. Mainly what that is going to do is just mainly keep the staining off of your teeth, especially if you are a big coffee drinker or a smoker. It will just kind of remove those stains and kind of keep your teeth nice and white.
